Network Appliance Spam Filters

A network appliance spam filter is a separate spam filtering email gateway that allows an enterprise to manage spam at the perimeter of the network. The appliance is a physical device in front of your mail server, and provides edge transport to protect any Internet mail server. Appliances provide a solution that does not require configuration of the existing mail server, and can be more effective and of higher performance than a software solution installed on the mail server.
