Pink Contracts

The people who host these sites either have evidence or suspect that special “pink” contracts were drafted between these ISPs and spammers, such that spammers could send vast amounts of unsolicited bulk email without having their contract terminated. Let us hope that these providers have reformed or taken steps to make sure this isn't repeated.
