Fake Stores

Fake stores are store fronts set up that misrepresent themselves as selling a product which is sold by someone else or is available for free. Shareware and file sharing programs have been just two products used for such fake store operations. Names commonly associated with the P2P scam are Etomi and mp3downloading.com, though similar sites operate out of a whole range of domain names.
